The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided good directions to the local area. The room was comfortable with a great bathroom. Breakfast was more than adequate with cheerful and professional staff. The hotel is clean and new with comfortable beds and good soundproofing. The location is central, without being too exposed, and the building has a medieval charm. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk and parking is available nearby.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Genoa. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was right in the heart of the city center. This meant that everything, from shopping to city tours, was easily accessible. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Finally, the rooms were well-equipped with excellent facilities and a nice bathroom. I especially appreciated the attention to detail with the local pastries served during breakfast. this hotel offered great value for money and had everything I could have asked for in a city center hotel.
All was well during my stay, no improvements needed.

Convenient Location: The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. It is close to major attractions and within walking distance of many places of interest.
Noisy Rooms: Unfortunately, some rooms faced busy streets or had windows that did not block out noise effectively. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore the local area and visit the city center. it is close to the train station, making transportation a breeze. The rooms are nice and comfortable, with a helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent value for money, offering a variety of options. a great place to stay and explore the city.
The sink in my bathroom didn't have very good drainage, which was a bit inconvenient.
